RETURN POLICY

  • We do not offer refunds on any items at this time.
  • You have 7 days from post marked delivery date to receive store credit or exchange only.
  • To be eligible for a store credit/ exchange, Items must be returned in the original packaging along with all free gifts, undamaged, unworn with no visible makeup/ deodorant marks, unwashed with all tags attached.
  • To make an exchange, submit your request with your email address and the order number.
  • You only receive amount credited for the purchased item not tax or shipping.
  • The customer is responsible for their own return shipment postage. We will cover the return shipping cost only if the return is a result of our error. (Like receiving the wrong item.)
  • Allow us 3-5 business days after items have been delivered for your store credit/exchanged to be issued.

  • Swimwear/ Bodysuits
  • Lingerie
  • Sale items
  • Worn items
